- Construction material & workforce was supplied from the Progress Station at the Larsemann Hills on the shore of Prydz Bay, Antarctica, from November 2022 to February 2023. The new Zenit airfield at the Progress improved the logistic flow, making it the main support base for the Vostok Station.
- "We expect to fully commission the NPC Vostok in 2025," - Alexander Makarov, Director of the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute (AARI).
- "The new wintering complex Vostok will include five modules with a total area of about 2000 square meters. The length of the station under construction will be 140 meters, the maximum height will be 17.5 meters. The modules are mounted on 36 three-meter supports, which will allow the station to remain uncovered by snow for many years. The poles were installed during the last season." - AARI Press Release.
