Catching up…
After a week of family adventure in the States, I’m back and playing catch up!
Wow, a lot has happened on the war front and allied support in the time I’ve been offline. I glanced quickly at the spectacular Ukrainian strikes against the Russian Naval HQs in Sevastopol, killing 34 officers, including Viktor Nikolayevich Sokolov, the Black Sea Fleet Commander, and Ukrainian strikes on Russian infrastructure in many cities in Russia and occupied Ukraine. Expect something on these and other news in your in-boxes within the next two days.
We’re watching the Zaporizhzhia front carefully tonight and in the next few days. Russian milbloggers are reporting that there has been a significant escalation of Ukrainian attacks in that direction. I’ll check the official Ukrainian statements in the morning to see what’s happening there.
Since the jet lag has caught up with me, and I may not be able to write coherent sentences in English, I’ll sign off at this point. It’s been a veeeeery looooong travel day (don’t transit through Boston!).
