EuroFile@6- June 2, 2022
On June 2, we were joined by Joe Circincione, Josh Manning and Nathalie Vogel on EuroFile@6 and discussed how we should be dealing with Putin in terms of containment and deterrence. We also discussed all issues pertaining to nuclear arms and what the chances were for Russia to use nuclear weapons in its war of aggression against Ukraine.
Joe Cirincione is a distinguished fellow at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft.
He also served as president of the Ploughshares Fund, a foundation that focused on nuclear nonproliferation and conflict resolution. He’s also served as director for non-proliferation at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He’s served as a security advisor to Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and also as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Thanks for listening…
