From the first days of Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson became one of the war’s most symbolic and strategic battlegrounds.

Kherson: Human Safari is an 80-minute documentary that traces the full arc of the city’s brutal wartime history—from invasion and occupation to resistance, liberation, ecocide, and into a terrifying new era of drone warfare.

In a breaking news development, a United Nations commission has determined that these systematic drone attacks on Kherson constitute crimes against humanity and war crimes.
