I did my own research on ZOV and read a machine translation as well as checking the Russian text personally (studied it in school) and with a friend much more fluent in Russian than this sociopath barely literate soldier. I found it an atrocious piece of imperialist fascism with descriptions of war crimes plus Russian one nation propaganda. It’s genocide propaganda complaining about training and conditions for Rus soldiers.
